the Marvel Cinematic Universe meets Sony’s Spider-Man Universe as Blade and Spider-Man battle Morbius and Venom in a piece of fan art. After the launch of 2008 Iron Manthe MCU began to expand with the introduction of Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye, and Black Widow, the original Avengers who would reunite in the 2012 film. Then in 2015, Disney and Marvel Studios made a deal with Sony Pictures to bringing Peter Parker/Spider-Man into the MCU, which resulted in the debut of Tom Holland in 2016. Captain America: Civil War.
Last years Spider-Man: No Way Homeβwhich brought back Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Men (not to mention a handful of villains) in the MCU across the multiverse, it’s now Sony’s highest-grossing movie of all time. As Holland’s web-slinging man continues to thrive in the MCU, Sony has attempted to flesh out his Spider-Man Universe without him focusing on villains-turned-heroes. Venom, Venom: Let There Be CarnageY Morbius. Sony is developing several other spin-offs including Kraven the Hunter, The DeadY lady web. In the wake of Jon Watts’ Homecoming trilogy, it remains to be seen if any of those characters will come face to face with a webslinger.

It has long been confirmed that the two-time Oscar winner Ali inherits the role of Blade by Wesley Snipes. Although his voice can be heard in eternal‘post-credits scene, Sword It is not scheduled to be released until November 3, 2023. That said, the vampire hunter may never have to hunt down Dr. Michael Morbius. The Living Vampire Movie grossed just over $163 million worldwide and received savage reviews from critics, with a rotten tomatoes score of only 17%. After falling victim to an endless stream of memes, Sony relaunched Morbius and failed, again.
While Sony may not greenlight a Morbius 2, the film teased her future as a member of the Sinister Six. In MorbiusProblematic credit scenes., Vulture apparently fell into the Sony universe from the MCU. Michael Keaton’s character sought out Morbius for help in finding and killing Spider-Man (for reasons that aren’t necessarily clear). Despite being a relatively nice guy, Michael Morbius agreed. Hardy’s Eddie Brock/Venom may have dropped into the MCU for a couple of credits scenes (leaving behind a symbiote at the end of no way home). However, it’s unclear if Sony’s characters can appear in Marvel Studios-produced films that aren’t titled “Spider-Man.” If Morbius, Venom, and Blade were ever to meet, it would probably have to be in Holland. spider man 4, 5either 6. Regardless, there’s no denying it would be a sight to behold in the UCM.
