They need to know if veterans patrick kane Y jonathan toews will buy in the reconstruction. General manager Kyle Davidson said July 14 that he has had discussions with the two forwards, but he doesn’t know where they stand on the Blackhawks’ plan to move forward. If Toews and Kane don’t want to be a part of the rebuild, Chicago needs to move them to acquire assets for the future.
